Humana AI ("Humana", "we") provides a web platform and native mobile companion apps that load our service at app.humana.ai. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our services.
Information we collect
- Account data — such as email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
- User content — messages, files, and other content you submit in chat and workspaces.
- Technical data — device/browser type, logs, and security-related metadata needed to operate the service.
- Microphone — when you use voice input in chat, audio is processed for transcription; we do not use the microphone in the background without your action.
How we use information
We use collected information to authenticate users, deliver and improve the Humana AI service, provide support, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information.
Data security
Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Access to production systems is restricted and monitored according to our internal security practices.
Push notifications
If enabled in a future app version, we may store a device token to send notifications you opt into. Push is not required to use the app today.
